Our Limoncello was born from necessity when our lemon tree produced a bumper crop one year. My wife challenged me to find a way to use the abundance of lemons in our distillery rather than letting them go to waste. This bright, citrusy liqueur is our delicious solution - capturing the essence of sun-ripened lemons in every bottle. Traditionally served ice-cold as a digestif, Limoncello brings a taste of Italian sunshine to your glass.
Each batch of our Limoncello begins with meticulous hand-peeling of about 1200 lemons, carefully removing only the zest to avoid bitter pith. We steep these peels in high-quality 96.2% vodka until they become white and crunchy, extracting maximum lemon oil flavor. While we started with lemons from our own backyard tree, we've since partnered with local growers to meet demand while maintaining our commitment to quality and freshness.
