Limoncello Sour
A citrus-forward sour with velvety foam topping
Ingredients
- 50ml Limoncello
- 25ml vodka
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish: Lemon zest expressed over foam
