
Pepperberry Sour
A zesty gin sour with Australian spice
Ingredients
- 50ml The Zesty Hound
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Dry shake all ingredients without ice
- Add ice and shake again until chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Sprinkle crushed Tasmanian Pepperberry on top
