Pepperberry Sour

A zesty gin sour with Australian spice

Ingredients

  • 50ml The Zesty Hound
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions

  1. Dry shake all ingredients without ice
  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled
  3. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
  4. Sprinkle crushed Tasmanian Pepperberry on top
