Ingredients

• 30ml Butterfly Pea Gin
• 15ml lemon juice
• 10ml simple syrup
• 60ml champagne

Instructions

1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice
2. Strain into champagne flute
3. Top with champagne
4. Observe the color transformation
