Ingredients

• 60ml Butterfly Pea Gin
• 15ml maraschino liqueur
• 15ml crème de violette
• 15ml lemon juice

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds
3. Strain into chilled coupe glass
4. Watch the color change as the citrus reacts
