Ghost Galleon

Ghost Galleon was one of the very first spirits we ever created, back when the still was no more than a weekend experiment. What began as playful tinkering with smoke and oak turned into something entirely unexpected — a rum that stood shoulder to shoulder with established commercial brands. We found ourselves not just competitive, but preferring our own creation. That early surprise became the spark that set us on course to build a distillery: a belief that even in uncharted waters, a new spirit could hold its own against the giants.
Our method is deliberately refined, drawing character without clutter. We start with a light rum base, free from heavy molasses undertones, then weave in the essence of peat smoke to capture the brooding mystery of the sea. The spirit is laid to rest on American oak barrels that once held bourbon and crossed oceans before finding their way to our shores. The influence of oak and smoke is carefully balanced, leaving a spirit both familiar and otherworldly. Each sip is a quiet nod to galleons, pirates, and stormy nights — evocative yet restrained, like a secret best shared by candlelight.
