Butterfly Pea Gin was created to bring a magical twist to traditional gin. The stunning blue color transformation was too fun to resist, and when paired with ginger's refreshing kick, we knew we had something special. The name comes from our 'Ginnie in a Bottle' line - a playful nod to the color-changing magic of this gin, just like a genie granting wishes.
Our gin starts with a traditional London Dry base, distilled using South Australian grape-based spirit for exceptional purity. The magic happens post-distillation when we steep all-natural butterfly pea flowers for about a day, infusing the gin with its signature blue hue. A hint of ginger adds the perfect refreshing note to this transformative spirit.
